MacOS - Flush DNS Cache

Introduction 

 For some reasons Apple nurses a bug in the DNS resolver. This leads to the problem, that some FQDNs cannot be resolved correctly. The workaround is quite simple. 

 Resolution 

 sudo dscacheutil -flushcache

sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
